Bach flower mixture “Changing Strength”

Dosing recommendation: 1 drop per 70 kg body weight (10 drops correspond to approx. 0.5 ml), 2 to 5 times daily.

For stable changes or planned alterations:Ideally, start 3 days before the event with 1 to 2 doses daily. After the move, continue with 2 to 5 doses daily (depending on feasibility) for about 2 to 6 weeks.
