Conditions of Participation for Competitions

Participation in the competition of MC Handelsgesellschaft mbH, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is exclusively subject to the following conditions:
Conditions of participation in accordance with § 4 No. 5 UWG and general terms and conditions as well as data protection provisions for the competition
2. Duration
The duration of the competition extends from 11.12.2025 to 31.12.2025 23:59 (CET). During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the competition online.
3. Participation
To participate in the competition, it is necessary to subscribe to our newsletter. Participation requires a valid newsletter subscription. This only becomes effective when the participant confirms the double opt-in. Unconfirmed registrations do not participate in the competition.
Participation is only possible within the participation period. Registrations received after the closing date for entries will not be considered in the draw.
Only one submitted registration per participant will take part in the competition. Irregular or repeated participation by a participant in a competition will lead to exclusion from the competition.
Participation in the competition is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.
4. Eligible participants
Eligible to participate are exclusively natural persons of legal age residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of a product.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example:
- in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or the running of the competition
- in the event of violations of these terms and conditions of participation
- in the event of unfair conduct
- in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition
5. Prize, notification and delivery of the prize
Among all participants, we are raffling off the Immune Strength and Metabolism Booster Bundle.
The winners will be drawn by random generator from all participants after the competition deadline has expired.
The winners of the raffle will be informed of their prize by a separate e-mail within three days of the end of the competition.
The prizes will be handed over exclusively to the winners. An exchange, self-collection or cash payment of the prize is not possible.
The formalities for handing over the main prize will be clarified individually with the winner after the draw.
If the winner does not respond within a period of three weeks after being requested twice, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
6. Termination of the competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disturb or prevent the planned running of the competition.
7. Data Protection
To participate in the competition, personal data must be provided. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him/her, in particular first name, gender and e-mail address, are truthful and correct.
MC Handelsgesellschaft mbH points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without consent.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator's website and its social media platforms.
The participant can revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of the organizer given in the imprint of the MC Handelsgesellschaft mbH website. After revocation of consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.

8. Applicable Law
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the operator. Contact options can be found in the imprint on the website of MC Handelsgesellschaft mbH.
The operator's competition is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.
9. Liability
We assume no liability for technical malfunctions, failures or delays on the Instagram & Facebook platform that are beyond our control, nor for damages caused by third parties or loss of the prize during transport.
10. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected thereby. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest economically to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a loophole.
By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees to the above-mentioned terms and conditions of participation.
