We ship Monday through Friday within 24 hours. In Germany, your order usually arrives within 1-3 business days; deliveries to Austria and Switzerland take 3-5 business days. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €50.

On every product package, you will find a clear dosage recommendation in grams per 100 kg of body weight. An enclosed measuring spoon helps with daily feeding. If you have any uncertainties or special requirements—such as for pregnant mares or senior horses—please feel free to write to us. Sandra will reply personally.

Natural supplementary feed works slower than chemical preparations, but more sustainably. The first visible effects usually appear after 2–4 weeks, with full effect after 6–8 weeks of regular feeding. We recommend a course of treatment lasting at least 3 months.

Yes. Our formulas are developed for all breeds and age groups – from ponies to warmbloods to draft horses, from foals to seniors. The dosage is adjusted according to body weight. For metabolic diseases such as EMS or Cushing's, we recommend a brief consultation with your vet.
